Practice Information

We will have practice everyday, RAIN or SHINE.

Students will attend Athletic Study Hall from 3:30-4:15. IF students are involved in intramurals, clubs, or need specific help from teachers, they may take care of those needs during that 3:30-4:15 time.

Students need to be ready for practice by 4:20. Students need to be prepared for outside and inside practice. During the Spring, weather can vary, so please make sure your students are well prepared. A school issued uniform will be given. This includes a running jersey, sweatshirt, and sweat pants. They must be returned at the end of the season.

There is NO late bus after 4:15. ALL STUDENTS need to arrange their own ride home from practice, at 5:30.

After THREE (3) UNEXCUSED absences, students will be removed from the team. We understand that many spring sports begin in April. Students may be dismissed from practice early, full practices, and meets.  We, as coaches ask that you please either email us or have your student bring a note, with the reason for their absence, so that we may document their absences, accordingly. If we have this note or notification, then your child's absence is EXCUSED. There is no limit to the amount of EXCUSED absences for a student.

Please understand that our absence policy, supports your child's safety. Our knowledge of their absence allows for us to insure that your child is in the right spot at the right time.

Thank You!
