Ricardo Vazquez

Ricardo Vazquez (Mr. V) is the band director at Churchville Middle School. Please look under Academics/Performing Arts/Band for more information about the band program.

Mr. Vazquez earned his Bachelor's degree in Music Education and Bassoon Performance from the University of Illinois, and a Master's degree in school administration from Concordia. He is active as a clinician, adjudicator, and bassoonist throughout the suburban area. Mr. V has taught at Sandburg for the last 14 years, and now lives in Elmhurst with his wife (Sandburg 6th grade teacher), and two children.
