Churchville News

Welcome to 2020. People in education get two opportunities to celebrate the “New Year,” so why not take advantage of it?!

Just prior to the break, District 205 learned that the Illinois Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development has recognized the District as the state’s Exemplary District for Whole Child education for providing Healthy, Safe, Engaged, Supported and Challenged learning environments for students.

The statewide Illinois 5Essentials Survey is now open for parents to share thoughts about your experiences with our school. This survey provides critical input to help develop school improvement plans. The survey takes about 10 minutes.Your identity and survey responses will be kept completely confidential and will never be connected to you or your child.

On September 3 and September 5, 2019, Elmhurst District 205 hosted three informational meetings about the upcoming integration of all-day kindergarten. If you were not able to attend one of those sessions, but would still like the information that was presented, the presentation is now available online.
